Where We Are & Guest Accommodations
We live in a pleasant neighborhood called Ashmont Hill, a small community with a suburban feel in Boston, Massachusetts. Boston is a small city that is most enjoyable to those who are adventurous and willing to try new things.

Downtown Boston is about 20 minutes away via the MBTA public transit Red Line. We use either the Ashmont or the Shawmut T stations, both are about a ten minute walk.

Our home, with 14 rooms, was constructed in 1890 for a wealthy Armenian printer. Our residence is located in a historically significant district and was even showcased a few times in an annual well-known architectural house tour.

Students who stay with us say they really like the informal & welcoming feel of this house. Even though it was designed for Victorian era formal living, we like to have a relaxed atmosphere. We truly enjoy sharing our big beautiful house!

On the top floor we offer two guest rooms (one with access to a private balcony with a harbor view), a skylighted kitchen, and shared bathroom. On the second floor, we have another guest room with a private half bath & access to a tree shaded outdoor deck. TVs with vcrs in all rooms, wireless internet throughout.

Our guests have come from all over the world: Switzerland, Japan, Italy, Vietnam, Peru, Germany, Turkey, Austria, Colombia, South Korea, Côte d'Ivoire, Sweden, Indonesia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Spain, and France.
